An interactive visionOS experience that enables user to experience the traditional process of Rattan weaving
Rattan weaving, once a thriving living heritage in 1960s Singapore, has gradually declined due to the challenge of passing on this ancient craft to the next generation. Weave, a solution that utilizes spatial computing, addresses this issue by leveraging the Apple Vision Pro’s advanced hand-tracking capabilities and immersive videos of a craftsman at work. This innovative approach translates the intricate traditional craft into intuitive, step-by-step instructions, allowing users to observe and interact with the rhythms of the practice.
