Spatial Hack AI is back for its second edition - a 3-day university hackathon at NUS and the Apple Developer Center where students build spatial applications for Apple Vision Pro that sits at the intersection of spatial computing and AI. In these three days, teams will brainstorm, prototype, build, and pitch their ideas to the spatial computing community in Singapore!

Diving into Apple Immersive Video

We're celebrating a special occasion in this collaboration meetup with the Swift community - iOS Dev Scout! The theme of the meetup will be Apple Immersive Video. We're so excited to hear from Liu Linxuan, an immersive videographer who has built a native visionOS application for Apple Vision Pro for viewing Apple Immersive Video, Voola. He has shot amazing immersive video footage of live events including airplane flyovers, rocket launches, and dance concerts, and we'll have an opportunity to experience them ourselves!

Building the Developer Community around Spatial Computing

The first Spatial Singapore meet-up of 2026 will feature two creative technologists who are co-leading one of the most active spatial computing developer communities: stepinto.visionStep Into Vision began as a site for sharing hands-on visionOS development knowledge and quickly grew into a thriving developer community. Since 2024, it has become one of the most active spaces for visionOS developers, supporting members through weekly Office Hours, app reviews and testing, technical problem-solving, and collaborative community projects focused on real-world spatial computing.
